Administrator – Contract & Compliance

Office Buddies are excited to be working alongside our fantastic client based in Dublin 8 in seeking an experienced Contract & Compliance Administrator to join their team. This will be a permanent role for the right candidate and an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company.

Role Requirements:  

  • Document Management and reporting to senior management
  • Responsible for management of current document management system.
  • Assisting with financial document requests
  • Compiling of project progress reports
  • Liaise with stakeholders and assist in their requests
  • Attend meetings and keeping documents and files up to date
  • Managing and keeping track of utilities on all projects
  • Drafting and issuing documents
  • Liaising with professional advisors on contracts and other legal documents.
  • Managing all aspects of insurance
  • Co-ordination of insurance relation matters
  • Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required

Location: Dublin 8

Salary: €35k – €40k
