Role Detalis:

  • Kildare Town, Kildare

Role Requirements:  

  • Point of call for scheduling and customer queries
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, reports and other data
  • Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
  • Point of call for driver and client queries
  • Contacting and liaising with suppliers
  • Follow up on documentation
  • Issuing of reports and statements
  • Providing administration support to Managers and drivers
  • Credit Control

Candidate Requirements:

  • Accounts Receivable experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • Conscientious of deadlines with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic data entry principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
