Junior Financial Advisor

Salary – €30k – €35k

Location – Kildare


Our fantastic client, based in Maynooth, are seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join their team. An interest in being QFA qualified would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and have excellent communication and customer service skills. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing regular reports to both pension managers and trustees
  • Ensuring clients are regularly informed about their pensions and investment products
  • Calculating the performance and value of funds
  • Reviewing the structure, value and performance of funds
  • Issuing regular statements to scheme members
  • Keeping up to date with developments and/or changes to pensions legislation
  • Advising clients on a range of pensions and investments suitable for their future retirement
  • Explaining complex information to clients to make them aware of their options and to help them assess the relative merits of different schemes
  • Working as part of a team in a sales-driven environment


Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication / customer service skills
  • Analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
