Location – Co Meath

Salary – €27k basic + Uncapped Commission, €800+ per month

Our client is currently seeking Sales Agents to join their Customer Service Team. Previous experience in a Call Centre / Customer Service role is essential. The successful candidate should have excellent negotiation skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls / emails / live chat communications related to customer sales queries.
• Assist customers in accordance with the company’s customer sales policies, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and securing renewals / new sales.
• Monitor customer feedback to ensure best practice and be aware of issues affecting multiple customers.
• Maintain excellent telephone manner and have strong active listening ability.
• Negotiate new contracts in line with company policies.
• Other duties as requested.

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service / Call Centre essential, preferably in a sales / retention role.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent administration skills.
• Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability.
• Previous experience in utilities a distinct advantage
• Excellent customer service & negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Candidate must have own transport due to location – No public transport access
