Customer Support Specialist
Location – Dublin 18
Our client located in Dublin South, is currently seeking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will previous experience in a similar role, as well as a drive for customer care. You will be joining a well established team where you will be trained and progress in the role. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service experience and have a proven track record on closing all cases. OB22
Roles Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls / emails / live chat enquiries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal and team targets and quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of achieving quota / targets
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
