HR Administrator

We are delighted to be working with our client to source a talented HR advisor who is a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks, have experience in problem-solving and working to tight deadlines, uphold the highest level of confidentiality and a proven ability to use initiative. Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process including CV logging, applicant screening,
- interview scheduling and reference checking.
- Provide professional advisory support to employees in all aspects of the Employee
- Monitoring the HR email in-boxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Full administration of the staff payrolls & associated reports.
- a group company
- Full administration of SoftWorks time and attendance system.
- Update and maintain employee records accurately in both hard and soft copy.
- Maintaining and updating the Health, Safety and Training Records.
- General HR related administration duties.
- Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and change initiatives and any other HR related
- tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required.
- Provide support to Management to include travel arrangements, putting agendas together and preparation of presentations.
- Supporting the organisation of company social events.
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by management, necessary to
- meet the ongoing needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Currently studying or have completed a third-level qualification in Human Resources.
- A good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
- Previous experience working with Sage Micropay and SoftWorks or other ERP system
- would be an advantage.
- Excellent IT Skills – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and sensitivity.
- A high level of drive, enthusiasm and resilience with the ability to work under pressure.
