Role: Accounts Administrator
Location: Dublin 12
Salary: €17/18 hourly
Duration: 3-month fixed term contract
We are looking for an account’s administrator for one of our clients based in Dublin 12. The role is a 3-month fixed term contract and will be 25 hours weekly on a Monday to Friday basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to accounts department as needed
- Ensure all sales invoices are processed on a daily basis
- Assist with collecting payments from customers
- Allocate cash and reconcile customer’s accounts
- Prepare and process bank lodgements
- Post bank transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with daily sales report
- Ensure SLC, cash receipts, bank cash flow and Computer system agree at month end
- Process new customer account applications
- Be first point of contact for any customer queries
- Assist with month end procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experiences in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
- Experience using accounting systems is desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
