About the Role

We are seeking professional and organised receptionists and office coordinators. Duties include being the first point of contact for visitors, manage front-desk operations, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security and access procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.
  • Support office events, meetings, and other administrative projects.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Supervise the junior reception staff

Requirements

  • 5+ experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
