Role: Stock controller
Location: Dublin
Salary: €38-42 D.O.E
We are looking for stock controllers for one of our clients in their Dublin 11, Dublin 12, and Dublin 16 branches. The role would suit a candidate with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, be highly proficient in stock control systems, and come from the building and construction supplies industry. Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of all stock items within the branch, maintaining optimal stock levels,
- Conduct regular stock audits and stock takes
- Manage inbound deliveries and log goods correctly into the inventory system.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain and provide stock reports to the management team.
- Assist sales teams and customers in locating stock and providing information about product availability.
- Liase with suppliers to ensure stock is secured at best margins
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in using Intact IQ
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards at all times
- full clean drivers license
