Role: Accounts Administrator

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: €17/18 hourly

Duration: 3-month fixed term contract

 We are looking for an account’s administrator for one of our clients based in Dublin 12. The role is a 3-month fixed term contract and will be 25 hours weekly on a Monday to Friday basis. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to accounts department as needed
  • Ensure all sales invoices are processed on a daily basis
  • Assist with collecting payments from customers
  • Allocate cash and reconcile customer’s accounts
  • Prepare and process bank lodgements
  • Post bank transactions and reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with daily sales report
  • Ensure SLC, cash receipts, bank cash flow and Computer system agree at month end
  • Process new customer account applications
  • Be first point of contact for any customer queries
  • Assist with month end procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experiences in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
  • Experience using accounting systems is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
