We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to show off their customer service skillset as a call centre agent. As an agent on the phones, you will be working in a fast-paced call centre as the first point of contact for customers with any queries or concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service to our clients
• Deal with escalated customer requirements as an urgent priority
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
• Be proficient in computer skills

Requirements:

• Takes pride in representing the company as the first point of contact for customers
• Is comfortable dealing with customers directly over the phone
• Is comfortable dealing with and resolving any customer queries or concerns
• Previous experience in a similar customer service or call centre position is appreciated
