Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Dublin 20

Salary: €32k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and returns in the system accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other databases.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties 
  • Assist with complaint handling and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (2 years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
