Role: Customer Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and returns in the system accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other databases.
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Assist with complaint handling and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales, finance) to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (2 years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
