Location: North Dublin
Office Hours: Monday – Friday.
Salary: €25k – €29k

Role Requirements:
- Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve their issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
