Customer Service Administrator

Location: North Dublin

Office Hours: Monday – Friday.

Salary: €25k – €29k

Our client North Dublin is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and have experience working with customers face to face. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and progress your career.  OB22

Role Requirements: 

  • Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve their issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
