Our client is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their office in Dublin 18. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone to join an established team and grow your career within customer service and administration. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver high quality customer service via phone and email and provide administrative support to the company with the rest of your team, which comprises of 2 other staff members. This is a Monday to Friday role and full training will be provided. OB22
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality and timely customer service support via phone and email.
- Help ensure smooth daily administration operations.
- Assess the level of urgency of queries and tasks that arise and adapt your plans accordingly to ensure quick resolution of high priority tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Prior administration and customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Friendly person with a can-do attitude.
