Location: Dublin 22
Office Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: €35k+
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will have previous help desk experience in a fast paced environment or customer service experience. This is a perfect role for someone looking to progress their career or looking for a new challenge. Our client have a number of engineers that will need updates, assistance and details for weekly scheduling. OB22
Role Requirements:
- Monitor services desk emails
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence from clients, recording events and failures and allocating jobs to relevant engineers. Support from Technical
- Issuing new client set up forms, insurance documents, etc
- Scheduling of works for service engineers in the field
- PO chasing. Manager to sign off on pricing before requesting PO
- Time sheet costings
- Cost Transfers
- Monitor & reduce cost no billing
- Preparation of permits and basic safety documentation – RAMS
- Operation and coordination of Facilities Management System
- Issuing Quotes on IQ as requested by service manager
- Other tasks as required
Candidate requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel
- experience with opera would be beneficial
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
