Dublin 18 – Monday to Friday – €30k+

Our client are actively seeking a skilled Help Desk Executive in Dublin 18 to become an integral part of their team, catering to a wide array of customers across Ireland on a daily basis. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on products or services.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Tech savvy with a good knowledge of IT.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a vibrant and outgoing personality.
