Internal Sales Representative
Location: Dublin 22
Office Hours – Monday – Friday
Salary: €32k+
Our Dublin based client is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. the successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for advancement within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn thoroughly about products/services and proficiently communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Handle incoming leads from various channels with efficiency and diligence.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist senior sales team members in preparing sales presentations and proposals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as required.
