Internal Telesales Executive

Monday – Friday

Salary €28k+

Do you enjoy sales and have a great phone manner?? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who adapts well to change and can thrive in a rapidly growing organisation that continues to evolve. You will need a Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines and be a highly organised individual with ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively for maximum impact and adapt around changing priorities as required. General Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries.
  • Process customer orders within agreed timescales and issue relevant paperwork for sign off.
  • Provide support to the Telesales Manager with Key Contracts administration including collating reports and resolving queries.
  • Collate inter-company orders and liaise with other Branches & Re-order to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Liaise with re-order on all aspects of eliminated and inactive codes and update system accordingly.
  • Previous experience in CS/Admin/Telesales an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication, and organisational skills
  • Leaving Certificate and Third Level education desirable

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships, this involves cold calls and calls to existing customers daily.
  • Target marketing campaigns, prospecting & proactive enquiry generation
  • Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers and parties throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in potential weekly and/or monthly training opportunities and professional development.
  • Participate in grassroots marketing, utilize online resources and social media to promote company and product awareness and develop opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, telesales, and/or account management
  • Proven record of success in direct outbound sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads. Account based sales a benefit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online marketing, including social media.
  • CRM proficiency experience an advantage.
  • Sales training is preferred.
  • A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential.
