Our client based in Dublin 6 is seeking to hire a skilled Office Receptionist to join their busy team. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, not only for the clients but also any prospective walk in clients.
Role Requirements:
- Deliver a welcoming and courteous meet-and-greet service for all visitors and customers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with clients to provide them with any updates regarding properties.
- Coordinate with any clients regarding onsite appointments.
- Update and maintain client databases and filing systems accurately.
- Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and conscientiousness at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams as needed.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as required.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in effective communication, both face-to-face and via phone and email.
- Highly adept at general administration duties and maintaining organization.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in managing a busy phone system, including answering, transferring calls, and taking messages.
