We are looking for motivated and driven sales representatives for one of our clients based in Dublin south. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in electrical and kitchen fit outs within the hospitality industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Build a strong pipeline of potential projects and clients.
- Generate leads through telephone, email, networking, referrals and face-to-face business development.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and project award.
- Meet clients to understand their operational requirements, budgets and project objectives.
- Work closely with the design and estimating teams to develop appropriate kitchen solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed parameters.
- Follow up quotations and actively progress opportunities towards conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations and sales activity within the company’s CRM system.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with senior decision-makers.
- Full driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to client and project locations
- Previous experience within commercial kitchen, hotel, industrial, and building and electrical services is very desirable
