About the Role
We are seeking professional and organised receptionists and office coordinators. Duties include being the first point of contact for visitors, manage front-desk operations, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security and access procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Order and monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Support office events, meetings, and other administrative projects.
- Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Supervise the junior reception staff
Requirements
- 5+ experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
